I just ran the Holiday Half Marathon in Portland,OR in this product. It was approximately 34 degrees. I tend to get side aches while running in the cold and had read that having something over your nose/mouth may help. I needed something that was light enough to breathe through but would still provide enough warmth. I completed the 1/2 marathon with NO side aches! This was easy to breathe through with the vents. Fit a little loose, but that might be expected since it is one size fits all. The fabric is light and soft. If you are looking for something really warm I would recommend fleece or a different fabric.

This item will provide that extra bit of warmth you are searching for. Great fit so you can put something on overtop, hood or beanie. The holes by ears and mouth allow you to hear and breath better, which they do, without also making you cold.

Location: Montana
Purchase recently and used last week deer hunting. Temperature was 20 degrees. I really enjoyed the way it went on so easily but yet provided a nice snug fit that was comfortable. I cant really state that the lining in my opinion provided any more warmth than other Balaclavas I use. Nice construction; well thought out.
I would recommend this product.
